ASEC is a fast-growing piping and wastewater construction contractor supporting TSMC’s semiconductor projects in Arizona. We specialize in chemical, UPW, wastewater, and mechanical piping systems with strong emphasis on construction execution, quality control, and schedule performance.
Role Summary
We are seeking a highly driven Project Manager to lead and coordinate ASEC’s construction projects. The Project Manager will oversee project execution, coordinate with general contractors, vendors, and internal teams, ensure schedule adherence, control costs, and deliver high-quality results aligned with client expectations.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage day-to-day project execution activities on site

Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and procurement plans

Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and TSMC sponsors

Conduct progress meetings, issue weekly reports, and maintain project documentation

Monitor budgets, change orders, and cost impacts; support invoicing and billing

Review drawings, BOMs, welding maps, and line-walk results with QC teams

Ensure compliance with ASEC QA/QC, TSMC specifications, and safety requirements

Resolve field issues, track material delivery, and mitigate delays

Provide clear direction and accountability to project coordinators and field supervisors
Required Qualifications

3+ years experience in construction or industrial project management

Experience in piping, semiconductor, wastewater, chemical, or mechanical construction fields preferred

Strong understanding of construction schedules, procurement workflows, and change management

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

Ability to work on-site and interact with client stakeholders under fast-paced timelines
Preferred Qualifications

Experience working on TSMC-related projects or semiconductor environments

Familiarity with Navisworks, AutoCAD, P&ID drawings, or QA/QC documentation

PMP or equivalent certification is a plus
